Returns Policy.
At Balmain Body, we want you to love your fragrance. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made it easy for you to return or exchange your item through our simple, hassle-free returns process.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item.
Returning or exchanging an item is quick and easy:
- Visit Our Returns Portal: Head to the returns portal to start the return process.
- Enter Your Details: Provide your order number and email address to access your return options.
- Select Your Item: Choose the item you want to return or exchange and provide a reason for the return.
- Choose Refund or Exchange: You can either receive a refund or exchange the item for a different fragrance.
- Return method If your return qualifies for our Green Return option, you will be notified and can keep the product. No return shipping is required. Otherwise, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to print and attach to your parcel.
Eligibility for Returns.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, or very slightly used and in its original packaging.
- Returns are limited to one per customer. If you choose store credit (including any bonus credit we may offer), your next order made with that credit will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Orders tagged as final sale or wholesale are not eligible for return
- Customers on our internal blocklist are not eligible to submit a return through the portal. This list is at our discretion.
Return Shipping Cost.
We've got you covered! If your return is initiated within 30 days of your order being delivered, we cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid AusPost label, unless your return qualifies for Green Return (in which case no shipping is needed at all).
Refunds and Processing Time.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange your fragrance for another scent, simply follow the steps in our Returns Portal and select the exchange option. We’ll ship your new fragrance as soon as we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Gift cards
- Samples or promotional items
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@balmainbody.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Photos of the damage help us resolve things faster.
This sits outside the standard returns portal flow, so please email us directly rather than starting a return online.

Where We Ship Returns From.
We accept returns from shipping addresses in Australia and New Zealand. Returns from any other country are not currently supported through the portal.
Return Deadline and Drop-Off Window.
Once we email you a prepaid return label, you have 14 days to drop the parcel off at AusPost. If the parcel hasn't been scanned within 14 days, the return will be automatically cancelled and the order will revert to its original state. If you need more time, just get in touch before the 14 days are up.
Bundle Pricing and Returns.
If your original order qualified for bundle pricing for more than 3 items. (4 or more items at a discounted per-unit rate), partial returns are recalculated based on the items you keep at the correct non-bundle price tier. This means the refunded amount may be less than the original per-item price. Bundle pricing is a thank-you for buying more, so if you drop below the bundle quantity by returning items, the discount no longer applies to what you kept.
Like-for-like swaps (replacements or exchanges) are not affected by this recalculation.
