How would I go about making a return?
If you want to make a return, we'll organise everything for you. We'll organise a courier to pick it up from your door and we'll cover the cost too! Once it arrives back to us, we'll send the full refund.
Are your scents strong enough, or will they fade quickly?
Our fragrances are Eau de Parfum, which means they have a higher concentration of perfume oils for a long-lasting scent. A couple of sprays should keep you smelling great throughout the day!
When would I recieve my item?
We process orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days with Sendle, or choose express for a 1-2 day delivery. You'll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
